A little background, my now-wife and I moved from central Jersey to Austin, Texas in 2019 when we had just begun dating. We married, and after the birth of our child, realized the importance of raising her near the rest of our family. While Austin had been a great adventure for the two of us, now there are three, and it is time for the next chapter.

Working from half a country and a time zone apart is bound to present its challenges, but Tez was able to navigate them expertly and ease our worries. Clear communication was, of course, the key to our success, as well as countless video calls and virtual showings, filled with honest and open thoughts and opinions. Not to mention, expert camera work!
After 2 months of virtual home shopping, Tez helped us to sign papers and purchase the absolute BEST home for us, hands down! A beautiful home on a quiet street, in an adorable town, with a GREAT school system, minutes from Grandma and Grandpa (for those impromptu babysittings). We are THRILLED, ECSTATIC, OVERJOYED with our new home.
